The panel Advocate should be informed that in case of final disposal of the matter within 7 days the committee may be informed in writing & all original case papers/documents be returned.

He/She should, if necessary, may contact the above named advocate further in the matter along with relevant documents/information, if any, between 10.00 A.M. to 07.00 P.M. on any working day. Please note that no fee or any sort of expenses is to be paid by you to the advocate. All expenses in the matter shall be borne by the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee.

He/She is further informed that if at any stage he/she chooses to argue the case himself/herself or assign it to some other counsel of his/her choice legal services shall be withdrawn immediately and no legal aid shall be provided to him/her subsequently in the same case.
